Call compliance QA

Review every call, not the four you had time for.

Qaboom scores each call against the checklist you wrote, and shows the timestamp and the exact words behind every answer. Your reviewers stop hunting for the moment and start deciding what to do about it.

No card required. Your checklist, your calls, your call on every verdict.

Sampling finds the calls you happened to pick

An agent skips a required disclosure on Tuesday. You review Friday's calls and find nothing. The recording that proves it sits in a folder nobody opens until someone asks for it under oath.

This was never about effort. Sitting through half an hour of audio to check six requirements doesn't scale past a few calls a day, so coverage stays at a rounding error and everyone knows it.

How it works

  1. 1

    Write your checklist

Start from a template for debt settlement, tax relief, solar or insurance, or from a blank page. Every line is yours to reword, mark optional or remove. Add the phrases that fail a call on the spot.

  2. 2

    Send us the recordings

One call or a whole week of them. Each one comes back scored against your checklist, with every requirement answered and the moment it was met marked on the recording.

  3. 3

    Review and coach

Disagree with an answer and change it — yours is the one that counts. Each agent builds a scorecard of the requirements they actually miss, so a coaching conversation starts from evidence instead of impressions.

Built for the people who get audited

Your checklist, not our rubric

Obligations differ by state, by product, by creditor, and they change. Qaboom scores against the checklist you maintain, so a change you make this morning applies to this afternoon's calls.

Every requirement gets an answer

Anything that couldn't be answered is marked not assessed, never quietly dropped. A report always covers your whole checklist, so a clean call and an unfinished review can never look the same.

Evidence you can check

Every answer carries a timestamp and the words it came from, next to the recording. Nobody is asked to take a verdict on trust — not your reviewers, and not an auditor.

The manager has the last word

Change any answer and the score follows. Scorecards count what your reviewers decided, so an item a manager cleared never counts against the agent again.

Three things you can act on

Not a dashboard to interpret. Documents you can send, and numbers you can take into a one-to-one.

CRITICAL 3:44

“You'll get a guaranteed settlement on all of these accounts.”

Prohibited phrase — guarantees an outcome

The call report

Every requirement answered, banned phrases flagged with the sentence that triggered them, and the audio right there to check it against.

The agent scorecard

What one person actually gets wrong, ranked, across every call they've taken. A coaching conversation that starts from a pattern, not a memory of last Tuesday.

The written warning

Generated from the report, with the quotes and timestamps already in it. The part of the job nobody wants to write, and the part HR asks for first.

Pricing

Priced by minutes of recording, because that is what the work actually is. A half-hour call costs three times a ten-minute one, and your bill says so.

Questions

How accurate is it?

Accurate enough to review, not to rubber-stamp — which is exactly why every answer shows its evidence and every one can be changed. Qaboom is built to make a reviewer faster, not to replace them. Run your own calls through it during the trial and judge for yourself; that is what the free minutes are for.

What happens to our recordings?

They stay available so every report can point back at them, and we keep them until you tell us otherwise — we won't delete evidence a compliance record depends on without being asked. Each organization's calls are walled off from every other; nobody outside your team can reach them. Set a retention window whenever you want one and we'll hold to it.

Is this legal advice?

No. The checklist templates are built from widely published obligations — the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Credit Repair Organizations Act, state rights of rescission — as a starting point. Your obligations differ and they change. Review any template with whoever owns compliance at your organization, then edit it until it matches what your agents are actually required to say.

What counts as a minute?

The length of the recording, not how long we take to work through it. Your month is rounded up once at the end, never call by call — a hundred two-minute calls cost you two hundred minutes, not a hundred rounded-up ones. If a call only gets partway through, you're charged once and re-running it is free.

Can we try it on our own calls?

That is the whole point of the trial: 300 minutes, no card. Use real recordings and your real checklist, then ask whether the reports would survive your own review. Anything you run during the trial stays in your account afterwards.

Score a real call in the next ten minutes

Sign up, put in your checklist, send one recording. If what comes back isn't something you'd hand to a manager, you've lost ten minutes.
